Information for New and Returning Clients
We always welcome new clients and are happy to see your pets! If you would like to see our facility, please call and we'll try to give you the complete tour!
If you decide to have us be your veterinary hospital, please bring your pet’s existing medical and vaccination records for us to copy so we have a complete file.
Second opinion/referral protocol
As a 24-hour emergency referral center, we have many capabilities that lead to second opinion and/or advanced diagnostic and treatment appointments. We would appreciate having your pet’s history and any relevant diagnostics sent to us at least a week prior to your appointment. The time is necessary for the doctor to have a thorough understanding of your pet’s history and the issues at hand before your appointment.
We understand that for very ill patients this may not be possible.
Be assured we will do whatever we can to help!
